Agent Connector for MCP Clients

Sayify workspaces can now connect MCP-compatible clients like Claude, Cursor, and internal agents to scoped, auditable workspace data.

New
  • Public MCP endpoint: Connect supported MCP clients to https://mcp.sayify.pro/mcp.
  • Workspace-scoped tokens: Owners and admins can create tokens per workspace, choose scopes, set expiry, and restrict access to all forms or selected forms.
  • Agent-ready tools: Agents can list and filter forms, search responses, inspect cases, summarize existing Sayify AI insights, create internal notes, create follow-up tasks, and update case status when permitted.
Security
  • Least-privilege access: MCP tokens use explicit scopes for forms, responses, cases, notes, tasks, and case updates.
  • Form restrictions: Selected-form tokens cannot read or write linked data outside their allowed forms.
  • Audit trail: Sayify logs MCP tool, resource, and prompt calls with operation status, client details, IP address when available, and timestamp.
Safe defaults
  • Bounded reads: Search and list tools default to 20 results and are capped at 50.
  • No high-risk tools in V1: Agent Connector does not expose delete tools, raw SQL, command execution, broad exports, bulk mutation, or direct email sending.
  • Available plans: Agent Connector is included on Starter, Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans.

Localized Forms for Global Respondents

Sayify forms can now meet respondents in their own language, from the first welcome screen through validation, recording, email verification, follow-up, and the final thank-you page.

  • Form language controls: Set a workspace default language or choose a language per form.
  • 100+ respondent languages: Buttons, placeholders, validation messages, recording states, OTP verification, resume prompts, and page chrome can now localize for supported languages.
Improved
  • Localized voice flow: Welcome and thank-you narration can follow the form language when a matching TTS voice is available.
  • AI follow-up language: Dynamic follow-up prompts can continue in the same language shown to the respondent.
Fixed
  • Multiple-choice multi-select: Standard multiple-choice questions can now collect more than one answer when configured that way.
  • Published help text: Question help text now displays properly after publication.
  • Email verification: Verification-code copy, delivery handling, retry states, and failure states are clearer for respondents.

Branding, Domains & Centralized Billing

Brand control and account management are now closer together, giving growing teams and agencies a clearer way to manage client-facing experiences.

  • Branding & Domain refresh: Page address, logo, colors, layout, and email sender setup now live together.
  • Email Sending moved: Sender setup is now inside Branding & Domain instead of Settings.
  • Custom domains: Eligible accounts can connect branded domains for public intake pages while keeping the Sayify subdomain as a fallback.
